Simple syrup for your sizzurp.

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Heat

Technique

  • Measure equal parts water and sugar
  • Heat the water up to around boiling
  • Pour in the sugar
  • Stir to dissolve
  • Cool
  • Put it in a container to use
  • Why?

  • Simple syrup is for bar use. Today I was making emergency Mint Juleps and decided to make simple syrup.
  • I also made a totally amazing lemon shake up. Shockingly amazing.
  • I now think I am some sort of bar tending genius.
